Refund and Cancellation Policy

In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Refund on Cancellation Policy
For Cancellations please use cancel tab. The orders will be cancelled only if they are not shipped, orders would not be cancelled if they are shipped, the same will be notified via email.
Upon the order cancellation, we will issue a full refund for the same. The refund will be made Via the same route of the order. The refund will be effected within 5 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
Return Policy
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED. We will not obliging any return policy as of data. We take utmost care in packaging and shipping the products to you. In any case if there are any breakages and wrong product delivery, please get in touch with info@moolemanefoods.com with proper evidence of your claim, within 24hrs of the product delivery. We will initiate the return process for the same.
